Shipment Policy
- Online orders or payment made after 10.00am will be process on the next working day.
- No delivery to Hypermarkets & Departmental stores' receiving department.
- Please allow 5-7 working days only for Malaysia (Monday to Saturday, Not including Sunday & public holidays) for deliveries of you goods, following payment processing authorization and verification.
- If you wish to make any changes to the order placed online, please contact Customer Care at +603-80603668 or e-mail us at customerservice@nesh.com.my Please take note that every order is process immediately and may not be possible to make any changes.

Standard Delivery
- Order transit time 5-7 Working Days
- Delivery any time between
9.00am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. 9.00am - 1pm, Saturday.

NESH will update order status from time to time. 3 statuses are:
- Confirmation of payment
- Confirmation of order
- Confirmation of delivery
Liability Clause
- A maximum of RM100.00 or whichever is lesser based on the cost of items
- If the cost of the parcel is more than RM100.00, you are advisable to insure it at your own cost
- NESH is not liable for any consequential losses due to delay in delivery
Any discrepancy on delivered shipment must be reported to NESH Marketing Sdn Bhd within 12 hours upon delivery.
